Check out our answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we receive. Finding the perfect soft play set can be a difficult process, however, we are here to assist you in finding the perfect one for your next event!

Is a deposit required to secure my booking?

Yes, we require a deposit of $100 to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days before the event date.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We offer a delivery service that includes full setup and pack down. The cost of delivery depends on your location. Please contact us for details.

How long do you need to set up before the event?

We require a minimum of 1 hour before your event to setup. Locations such as apartment complexes or venues with limited access might require more time.

Where can you set up the soft play and bouncing castles?

Our equipment can be set up at your home, a venue, or a park, either indoors or outdoors. For outdoor setups, the area should be clean, dry, and flat. The small castles have a height of 2.4m and our large 3-In-1 castles have a height of 3.4m. Please ensure you have a wet weather plan for our equipment.

What if my event is cancelled or changes dates?

As per our cancellation policy, you must notify us 7 days prior to your event for a refund. Cancelling within the 7 day period will result in the forfeiture of your bond. However, we're always willing to accommodate date changes and will do our best to secure your new preferred date.

What happens if it rains on the day? 

Weather can be unpredictable. If rain interferes with your plans, we can set up at an indoor venue if available or offer you a full credit for another date.

Are your soft play equipment and bouncing castles cleaned and sanitized?

We prioritize the health and safety of our clients. Our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use to ensure it's safe for the next event.

Is there an age limit for children using the soft play and bouncing castles?

Our soft play equipment is designed for children aged up to 6, while the bouncing castles are suitable for kids aged up to 10. Please ensure children outside of these age ranges do not use the equipment for safety reasons.

Do I need to provide power for the bouncing castles?

Yes, our bouncing castles require a standard power outlet to operate. Please ensure there's access to a power point within 10 meters of the setup location. If power access is an issue, please let us know in advance, and we can discuss alternative solutions.
